1 can artichoke hearts (in water)
1 cup mayo
1 cup parmesan cheese
Paprika
Drain artichokes, pat dry, and chop
Spread onto bottom of shallow baking dish
Mix mayo & parmesan together - spread over artichokes. Sprinkle paprika
Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and slightly browned
