16 ounces Mueller's Elbows
1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cup sliced celery
1 large carrot (optional)
2 cup chopped green or red pepper (optional)
1/2 cup chopped onion
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well and set aside to cool.
Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large bowl; stirring well.
Add cooked pasta, celery, peppers, and onion. Toss well to coat pasta and vegetables with dressing. Cover and chill to blend flavors.
Tips: Make this dish in advance so the flavors can blend. Don't leave pasta salads with mayonnaise out of the refrigerator for too long.
