Meat Balls and Tomato Gravy

Steps

Heat about 3 Tbsp olive oil in pan (low heat)
Brown a medium size onion & 1 small clove garlic in oil

In mean time - prepare meat balls :
1 lb mixed chopped meat (beef, pork, veal)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Some parsley
Salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients together - form meat balls

Remove browned onions & garlic from oil
Brown meat over medium heat

For tomato gravy :
2 cans (large) Italian tomatoes (strained)
1 can tomato paste
Salt & pepper (about 1 Tbsp salt)
Cook (simmer) for about 2 hours
When meat balls are browned add to sauce
Also pour in some remaining oil from pan & meat balls (don't scrape the pan)
